I finished Genesis today!

I’ve been reading in my The Message: Pause Bible. It puts two books together so I’ve been reading from Genesis and John. John is split between Genesis and Exodus, so I’m still in the middle of John, but I finished reading Genesis today! That’s the only book I’ve ever read completely through! It was awesome!

Workout Log.

I was scheduled to run 2 miles today. And it was goooooorgeous outside. So I ran for 6 minutes (probably around .7 miles) on the treadmill and then stretched. And then I went running outside. Workout Log.

I started a workout plan with Nike+ (I have the shoes with the sensor that hooks up to my iPod touch and tracks my progress and pace, etc. It’s really nifty.). It’s a plan to be able to run a 5k by the end of 12 weeks (or 3 months). I’m pretty stoked about it. I was supposed to run 1 mile yesterday, but I ran it today instead. My roommate is back at school.

Guess what she did RIGHT when she walked in the room? OPENED THE FLIPPING WINDOW! HELLO! I’M FREEZING! THAT’S WHY THE WINDOW’S CLOSED! >: ( Of course, I will not confront her. I will silently suffer.
