Most of you know I’m running the Illinois half marathon this Saturday. I would like to dedicate each mile to something or someone while I run, so I need people/things/etc. to pray for. If you guys have any prayer requests (Any at all!!), either reply to this or drop something in my ask box. Let me know if you wanna call dibs on a certain mile. : )

Also, I had some bad shin splits today. If you guys could keep that in your prayers, I’d appreciate it. <3

Our father, who art in heaven, freeski be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, powder days be done, on Earth as it is in heaven.
Gives us this day our daily shred, and forgive us our faceplants,
As we forgive those who faceplant against us.
And lead us not into gapers, but deliver us from ski school.
For the kickers, the powder, and the back country yours,
Now and forever, Amen.

I feel silly praying for snow for Christmas but I totally just did.

Just fyi, I miss you already. And I’m sad I didn’t really get to say goodbye to you. You’re in my prayers girlie! Romania here you comeeeee! :D

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to play in the worship band on Thursday, but I’m really nervous about it. I’m nervous because I’m afraid I won’t do a god job and I’ll embarrass myself. Which is dumb. Because what does it matter? You love me and that’s all that matters. Help me to remember that as long as I’m playing for You, then it’ll all be fine. But still, please help me to play well.

I love You, too, Daddy.

My mom is a teacher. She taught 5th grade a couple years ago, and one of her students was battling cancer. He is still battling, and right now he’s losing. According to my mom, he’s going to die within the next couple weeks. He’s only a middle schooler. Losing someone so young is such a hard thing to deal with. Please keep my mom, Ben’s family (that’s his name), and my hometown in your prayers.

I’m not sure if it’s Ben’s time to go, but I pray that God’s hands will be all over this. I know it won’t be easy no matter what happens, but I believe that God has a plan for Ben and for his family. Please please please keep them in your prayers.
